RIP Donna Summer

Every gay man has his divas (well most of 'em anyway), and Donna Summer was my very 1st one. Even to this day I recall being asked as a kid who my favorite singer was, and I remember responding with Donna Summer. I recall the days when my sister (then a teenager) used to practice her disco dancing moves with me in the kitchen. Back then she loved all the disco artists: KC & The Sunshine Band, The Bee Gee's... but Donna Summer was the queen. Her music holds great memories for me. Other divas soon came after: Madonna, PJ Harvey, Shirley Manson of Garbage, Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Björk to name a few.... but I never forgot the very first one. So I say rest in peace Donna Summer! Your music will always hold a special place in my heart.

5 on the 6th

I forgot to post a 5 on the 5th yesterday, so I'm posting this a day late. 1. Cool cloud formation. 2. Cute tattooed dude I saw getting coffee this morning. 3. My dashboard zombie. 4. Shirtless dude riding a bike on a trail I hike. 5. My Iron Man undies, in honor of the new Avengers flick (watched it last night, loved it!)
